Relief from bad posture and back pain

Tension builds up without you noticing it especially when you are working on something very critical or facing some stressful situations. This can be particularly noticed with tensioned jaw or teeth. Check for them occasionally and loosen them a little. By doing so, you are also relieving the tension for the entire body. A small relief no doubt yet effective and better than none.

The problems with bad posture will cause tension around the neck and shoulder areas. Because most work require the use of computers, most back pain problems are stemmed from bad posture while using them. To correct bad posture is really no rocket science. Correct placement of the monitor so that it faces you directly and by having the elbows perpendicular to the upper arms can keep the shoulder relaxed. If you are worried about getting too engrossed in whatever you are doing and forget this step, you can try setting an alarm on your phone or computer (better option) that reminds you every 15 minutes or half an hour (try not to go anything beyond that). That's the most economical way to set a reminder.

Try these methods for back pain quick relief. They are really tried and tested methods. Enjoy!
